Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour a large bundt pan.
Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar together for about a minute on medium speed. Add in the vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time, alternating with ½ cup flour, beating well after each addition.
Pour batter into bundt pan and bake 1- ½ hours. Serve warm with cajeta, whipped cream, ice cream, or as is!
