Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Happy Sunday, foodie friends! With football season in full swing, I thought I’d share my super simple recipe for spinach and artichoke dip. You can literally throw all of the ingredients in the crockpot in the morning, and this decadent dip will be ready by game time (or party time). ¡Buen provecho!

Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach (or frozen, thawed, and moisture
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar
  • ¼ cup parmiggiano reggiano cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy hot with chips or veggies.
